Why is the Book of Enoch banned in the Bible?

Consider 2 Timothy 3: 16. Many of the teachings / doctrines in the book of Enoch is contrary to what the Bible teaches. And from the Bible we learn that God is the same, yesterday, today and even forevermore; so inclusion of the book of Enoch in the Bible would be a contradiction.
