Does a dream mean anything?
There is no doubt that dreams may play a role: Joel 2: 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.†But chronologically this may form part of the activity early during the reformation. We are warned about false prophets, therefore there has to be supports that there will be real prophets at the end of time. Matt. 24: 24 “For false and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. If the so-called message are from others who themselves are still struggle with basic Bible theology, it is unlikely that God will use them as messengers. There are ample ways of talking to modern man via the Bible as well as examples wet by true Christians that will bring about the understanding of certain messages. Examples are: That the Holy Spirit will impress us during a sermon or Bible study and also through prayer. There are critical symbols used in the Bible that would give messages while I remain doubtful about post Bible dreams.
